Zovo Shared Checklist
A checklist page your group ticks off together, with who did what and what is late.
Zovo Shared Checklist turns a to-do list into a shared web page. Everyone with the link ticks items on a phone, no account needed, and the page shows who ticked each item and when. Items can have a section, a person and a due date. The organizer sees progress by section and by person, overdue items in the group's time zone, and a CSV.
What it does
- A shared checklist page anyone in the group can open and tick, no account and no app
- Up to 150 items with optional sections, assignees and due dates
- Each tick shows the name and the time, in the group's time zone
- Progress by section and by person, and overdue items, from the chat
- Add, change, remove or tick items from the chat; close the list when it is done
- Organizer page with recent activity and CSV export
Try asking
“Make a moving-day checklist for me and Sam in Europe/London: book van, pack kitchen, return keys”
“Wedding prep in America/Chicago. Venue: sign contract, book chairs. Food: taste menu, order cake. Music: pick first dance”
“How far along is my checklist? What is overdue?”
Limitations
- No reminders, notifications or recurring tasks
- Names are typed, not verified accounts: anyone with the public link can tick items under any name
- At most 150 items per checklist; in Chinese, Japanese or Korean about 130 items of 140 characters (64 KB of text)
- Pages end 120 days after they are made
